Space

Building AI datacenters is rapidly becoming a contentious topic. Despite the cost and energy required to run the datacenters, location is an issue. When AI companies are researching space to build the datacenters, they should consider "Space", as in outer space. Although it certainly isn't cost-effective now, it will become cost-effective and not impact real estate, climate, energy and natural resource concerns. This may not be the norm in this decade, but maybe in the 2030's.
