All Our Welcome is focused on speaking the truth or finding the truth, looking to bring people together with respect.  "Our" is chosen instead of "Are" to represent an inclusive community.

We will attempt to avoid slander and disrespect, but
no guarantees.

Equality will be a strong focus - note the tab titled MLK.

A person with an opinion, may be a person without the facts, but we can still listen to them.  If necessary, I encourage Critical Ignoring to avoid madness.

Hate Meter

My Thoughts (for the moment)

HATE METER: Today's Reading = 73 degrees (based on Pew, Gallup, AAPI research, Trump bully posts, & social media data)

Calculation of extreme "hate" within the people of the US.  Hate in the US is the highest ever, mostly caused by raucous politicians.  There's racial hate, gender hate, religious hate, money hate, homophobia hate, xenophobia hate, and jealousy hate.

4 - LETTER WORDS:

Four letter words are both positive and negative, but they describe feelings, items and perspectives.

Fuck - the most abused  4-letter word.  Once, a seldomly used word to add drama by adults, it is now commonly used by all ages for no apparent reason other than to add drama.  That transition has degraded our society.  I suggest a substitute to be used:  "Cufk".  It's a shuffle of the "fuck" letters.  It works.  Try it:  cufked, cufk it, cufk you, curker, cufking.  See, you feel better already.

Good - mediocre adjective.  Contemplate, the Common Good.  Are we migrating to a nation of self-absorbed isolationists?  The US Constitution was designed for "We the people" and seeking to promote "the general welfare".  Conservative values appear to resonate from individualism more so than the "common good" of all people.  On a lighter note; "good times never seem so good - so good, so good, so good".

Race - should be irrelevant.  I get impression some MAGA faithful believe it's relevant.

Cash - the 4-letter word I use for money, and whoever said it - yes, the root of another 4-letter word:  Evil.  We are a society of abundance and growing.   Recently, our government appears to promote a caste society, with Trump behaving like an emperor, building ballrooms, adding gold finishes, figurines, statues around the White House.  The gap between the elitists and less fortunate grows precipitously

Hate/Evil - powerful, far too common across the globe.  John Lennon's lyrics in the song "Imagine" are brilliant: "Imagine there's no heaven -  It's easy if you try -  No hell below us. - Above us only sky - Imagine all the people, living for today - Imagine there's no countries. -  It's isn't hard to do. - Nothing to kill or die for - And no religion too -  Imagine all the people, living in peace. - You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one -  I hope someday you will join us -  And the world will be as one - Imagine no possessions - I wonder if you can - No need for greed or hunger, - A brotherhood of man - Imagine all the people, sharing all the world - You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one - I hope someday you'll join us - And the world will live as one."

Love - powerful.  Two-thirds of all song ever written are about Love.  But, should we use it less, in order to increase its power of meaning?  We use it to describe how we feel:  I love you.  I love pizza.  I love that song.  I love to hate.  I love

Hope

Food - required - are you a glutton?

Need - I need food, a place to live, clothes, family, friends, a job.

Want - I want food, a place to live, clothes, family, friends, a job.

King - No one should be King.  But, there is a "King" that we should all respect and admire, Martin Luther King.  I have read his speeches, and as the August 1963, "I have a dream" march on Washington speech is most famous, invest your time and read others - it's worth the read.   A letter he wrote in the Birmingham jail is remarkable, insightful and profound.  We need more of MLK....

Help - someone in need.

Give - time to someone in need.

Poor - Would you like to be poor?  Are the poor happier because they are more grateful?

Rich - Would you like to be rich?  What makes us rich are relationships.

Vote - Cast a vote every year for yourself - you deserve it!  And, should you vote if you don't believe in a candidate?

Free - Both men and women should be free to choose.

Stop - hatred, racism, judgement, greed, crime, lies, war, poverty,

Pray - pray if you mean it and say you mean it, to your Higher Power.  Respect that we all have our own Higher Power or maybe not, and that's okay too.

Work - required, do your job with pride.

Time

Pity - "self-pity" is the worst form of pity and a sign of insecurity.  A pity-party should be a small, short party.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

An unbelievable collection of idiotic smut and non-value added Posts..  I joined Threads and am shocked by the hatred and vulgarity.  Try writing something constructive or don't write at all and save the hate meter.  Our President needs to follow my advice.

POLITICS:

The danger zone fueling the destruction of our government and mankind.  Our current Legislative and Executive Branches are dysfunctional and overdosed with hatred.  Trump exacerbates the hatred, mistrust and dysfunction.

JUDGEMENT:

Who are we to judge?  I know I judge people daily and should not.  The world is consumed with judgement.  It's a disease with apparently, no cure.

THE PRESIDENCY (sigh):

Easily, Trump is the most controversial president in modern history.  Biden was an absent enigma.  But, Trump is the "leader" of a scary movement of conservatives.  The Far Left is as dangerous and limited as the Far Right.  Moderation is the solution for this country to have less hatred and for the government to be productive.

EMPTY THE TRASH

I take myself wherever I go, so my mind is where I am.  At times full of negative thoughts which need to be removed by emptying the trash from my mind.

RELIGION:

Unifier or divider?  There have been more wars based on religion, than anything else.  Religion is judgmental.  I seek a place which is uplifting, focused on everyone being equal. accepting all without judgement.  I want a place that inspires me to be kind, instead of a place reminding me I'm a sinner.  I know when I sin, and I deal with that.  I don't need a pulpit telling me I'm a sinner.  The world reminds us that we are sinners daily.  We need places that inspire us, motivate us, and bring us all as equals.
